The Challenge
One platform, three very different users
FileMyReturn needed to serve individual taxpayers, corporate employees, and internal Chartered Accountants — through a single, unified ecosystem. Each group needed a completely different experience, but all of them touched the same highly sensitive financial data.
The platform had to handle Digital Signature Certificates for legally-compliant signing, absorb enormous seasonal traffic spikes without going down, and automate filing workflows in a domain where no official public integration existed. It had to be secure, scalable, and reliable from day one.

Our Solution
A complete, secure, full-stack tax ecosystem
We architected the entire platform on React, Node.js, MongoDB, AWS, and Google Cloud. Taxpayers and corporate employees get a self-service portal to file returns and manage documents, while Chartered Accountants work from a dedicated operations dashboard to manage filings, approvals, and client communication.
We built secure cloud-hosted DSC integration for compliant digital signing, a custom integration layer to automate submissions where no public API existed, reusable validation libraries shared across modules, and WebSocket-based real-time messaging that connects clients and consultants instantly.
